The Calta Group and Beacon Hill Property Group as a Co-GP are developing an eight-story 180-unit Class A multi-family apartment project in Hollywood, FL.
The 1.6-acre site is located at 2215 Hollywood Boulevard.
The $70 million project, designed by Reinaldo Borges of Borges Architects & Associates, will include a pool, business center, gym, workspaces, and ground-floor retail. Amenities will include an onsite business center so residents can simply walk downstairs to work, as well as a dog park and dog-washing stations.
Located on Hollywood Boulevard, within close proximity to Hollywood’s commercial center, the project will appeal to young professionals and cater to their specific lifestyle needs.
Unit sizes will be smaller than comparable apartment buildings, but more efficient, and with more common area spaces that appeal to the resident demographic.
